Microsim for ipad in Delhi

Where could I puchase microsim for ipad in Delhi.
The cost and other charges for the same.
Was wondering whether I could download itunes and other
applications without the microsim its 16GB wifi ipad.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

You don't have to pay to concert a mini sim to micro sim. Just look on Google to find the to do it by yourself. It takes 5 minutes. I did it myself.
