laser pointing app wanted

I'm looking for an app similar to the laser pointer function which is contained in Keynote.

I want a standalone app which doesn't need to run in its own environment . Something which I can use to point to air streaming content such as webpages or photos.
I have tried 'Pointer' but it needs to have the URL entered into it's interface in order to work.
Also local content has to be contained in iTunes which I don't use.
I could buy a simple laser pointer but first I am looking for an app to do it.
