itunes US account/cdn account issue?

I have had a US and a separate Cdn itunes account set up for a long time and never had issues until recently. I log into my US account but when I download a pop up asks me to log into canadian account.

Weird. How do I access the US account/US Itunes store?

On Itunes or on your Ipad? When Cnd pops up it means it's connected to Cnd.
Itunes: store/ log out cnd and then login again with Us account
iPad: do the same through the Store app

Thanks for trying to help. I have tried on my ipad2 as well on itunes. On my ipad2 i see the US app I want to update BUT it then pops up with that message and shows my cdn username/pass THUS won't allow me. Very strange.

Any ideas?

Ah, now I get it. It 's about an update! When you want to update an app the account with which you originally bought the app pops up. There's no way around that. The only solution is deleting the app and buy a new one on a different account
