Is there another way to buy apps even if don't have a credit card?

I just got my iPad 2 this month and I don't have credit card to buy apps, so I'm just stuck with free games and apps. Is there a way to buy apps even without me having to get a credit card? I asked my mom if I can use hers, but she didn't want to. By the way, I'm from the Philippines, if that info will be of help. Thank you!!

The instructions seem straight forward for setting up a non credit card account. Once the account is created, you can purchase iTunes cards, redeem them, and you've got cash in your account to purchase apps, music, video, books - whatever.
