Is there an app or a site to directly download songs and video?

I only new 4music wherein i still had to have an internet connection. Is there a site to download songs that saves directly to your library on ipod

The iPad's native iTunes app can directly download music and videos to your iPad using, usually, WiFi. Only videos and music under 20MB can be downloaded using 3G - an Apple-imposed limit.

Movies that you've downloaded from iTunes are put into the iPad's native 'Video' app and music is put into the iPad's 'iPod' app.

I hope this is what you were asking - please forgive me if I misunderstood your question.

One of the unfortunate things about iPad is it will only let you download from iTunes unless you jailbreak. My work around for this is to simply download from Amazon, it loads it in my Itunes folder and then use Zumo Cast to play from my iTunes on my iMac. I believe Zumo Cast works with PC too.
