Can I get Microsoft Office for the ipad2?

You can't. There are several MS Office emulators available from third parties (available in the app store) and the iWorks suite from Apple (also available in the app store) provides word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation apps that are compatible with MS Office, enabling you to create documents that can be read by MS Office on a computer or to edit MS Office documents on your iPad.

As jsh1120 points out, MS has not ported their Office product to the iPad (and probably never will IMHO). That said there are a number apps that can accommodate MS Office documents.
