iPad vpn connection for Cisco Wrvs4400n

I cannot connect my ipad using vpn connection to Cisco WRVS 4400n vpn router. I have tried following things so far:

- wifi is disabled while trying to connect

otherwise the vpn works fine expect with ipad.

Message appears:
The PPTP-VPN server did not respond. Try connecting. balalala

NEED HELP!
