Ipad Stuck in Recovery Mode

Hi guys,

I was upgrading the OS on my iPad and it is now stuck in Recovery Mode. I am using Windows 9. There is a picture of a USB connector and CD with Itunes logo in the middle.

I have tried holding down the Home Button and the Re-start button it it keeps coming back to the same picture on the Ipad.

I also read something about Black Rain, but when I down loaded the software is did not work.

Any suggestions?

I saw your mention of Black Rain. Is this a jail broken iPad?
