iPad Pro App Store problem

Assisting an elderly user by phone who has an iPad Pro. She reports that when she tries to download an app, the “Get” button only appears at the far right of the screen and the area is too small to click. I had her update to the latest IOS and check to insure Zoom was set to off. The problem continues. Any suggestions?

I can’t think of anything that would cause that. I recommend talking her though getting a screenshot and sending it to you. That might offer a clue.
