iPad photo printing and photo books online

Hi, please forgive me if the this is in the wrong section! I'm looking for an app that will enable me to select photos to print as well as create photo books easily that are then printed online and delivered in the uk. I downloaded the ritz pix (think that was what it was called) it was perfect except it was not available in the uk!! I know from a friend that iPhoto on her mac book is perfect and would be just what I need but when I've downloaded it for the iPad it doesn't do the printing! I've heard of photo2lab but can't seem to find it anywhere to download?? Any help gratefully received. Many thanks.
