iPad car install using griffin cabinet mount

This is my first post, happy to be here, and a happy thanksgiving to everyone.
I have a Nissan 06 altima and last night I used the griffin cabinet mount to successfully mount my iPad in the car. This took me about a total of 1 hour, I will post pics later today, for seventy bucks I'm very pleased with how it turned out

What would you use an iPad for in a car?

Google Maps, Navigation, Music...I hear it`s a hell of a conversation starter riding through a fast food drive-up with a nice porn video playing.

What would you use an iPad for in a car?

I use mine for Nav all the time (CoPilot HD). I just put it on the passenger seat, but one of these is a far better solution. I have zero mechanical ability, so someone will have to come up with a DIY install kit for dummies like me!

To do this you need the 3G version right?
