iPad and Address Labels?

Does my iPad have address label capability?

Welcome, Joyce. It's good to "see" you and I hope you enjoy your visit(s) here.

I found several apps in the AppStore you can download to create labels on the iPad:

Print Labels ($1.99): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/print-labels/id415639494?mt=8

Avery Design & Print (free): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/avery-design-print/id594464520?mt=8

Brother iPrint&Label (free): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/brother-iprint-label/id523047493?mt=8

There were others (I used the search term "address labels") but the Brother and the Avery ones match the common paper products available in stores.

Of course, the key is that you need an AirPrint compatible printer to print directly from the iPad.

So, yes, with the right app ad printer, you can make address labels with the iPad. It'll probably just take some practice...

P.S. I've taken the liberty of moving your post to its own thread. Mainly because I'm afraid your question would have gotten lost in someone else's welcome thread. Again, welcome to the forum and I wish you luck. :)

I tried the free Avery app. First time it worked OK. A bit clunky, but it worked. Not really IOS 7 designed screen. The range of labels available is huge.

After the first try it refuses to accept any keyboard input, although it will react to tapping a design. I think Avery need to have a re-think.

Regretfully deleted the app.
