Cannot figure out how to get my resume or photo on when I click the link on craigslist when searching for jobs it is very easy on my Mac desktop. I have my resume on my home screen ready to go. ???

You can't upload files from the iPad using Safari. You need to use a third-party browser, such as iCab, to be able to upload files.
