iPad 2 - Strange screen (spoiled)

Guys, good morning.

Was playing on the ipad normally, and suddenly, the screen went like this (attached). Not fallen, not wet, was simply nothing.

Does anyone know what can be? It's the LED?

After reset, the screen was flashing and does not turn over !!

The only thing I had just done was download the FIFA .. but I believe it has nothing to do.

It could very well be a screen failure. I think you should make a Genius Bar appointment at an Apple store to have it checked out.
