CameraLocker is an iOS 5 Cydia Tweak that will always show your new Camera button on your Lockscreen. Normally you would need to double tap the home button to bring up music controls and the Camera button but this will keep it shown. Your slider becomes a little less wide after this but if anything it can save you half a millisecond =]. Be sure to check out CameraLocker in the Cydia Store under the Big Boss Repo.
