Apple has just now released its iOS 4.3.2 update, AppleInsider reports, which it says will fix a couple of high-profile glitches from iOS 4.3.1, such as the screen freezing or going blank during FaceTime calls and 3G connection problems experienced by international users. Security and bug fixes are also included in the update, which is compatible with iPhone 4 GSM, iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, iPad, and 3rd and 4th generation iPod touch. Owners of the Verizon CDMA iPhone 4 will not get the update, meaning that they are still on iOS 4.2.6. Unless anything goes wrong or anymore glitches are discovered by users after installation, AppleInsider says that it’s likely that this will be the last update before iOS 5, which Apple is currently focusing on, presumably so that it will be ready in time for Apple’s WWDC 2011 which starts on June 6. Will be interesting to see whether or not the new update also addresses the battery drainage issues that some people have been experiencing on their devices since installing iOS 4.3.1.
