Intro & Notes App Question

Hi everyone! I am new to this forum. The reason I've joined is that I'm looking for advice on how to get my notes to email directly from the Notes App on the iPad 2. I have always been able to hit the arrow button, select send from the pop-up, enter my recipient information and send. However, if I go through all of those same steps now, nothing happens. It does not respond as though it's sent anything, and nothing goes out. I now have to copy and paste from notes and into Mail to send. It's just odd that it used to work but no longer does. Any ideas? Do I have a setting off perhaps? Is there a better app I should look at?

If you have more than one email account, go into Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Under the Mail section make sure you've selected the account you want the notes emailed from.

Other than that, if you have not done so try the common fixes below.

When you have problems with an app it's a good idea to clear it from RAM.

Close/Clear the app: With the problem app closed, double tap on the Home button to get the multitask bar. Tap and hold on any icon in the bar until they jiggle, then tap the minus sign on the problem app. This will remove it from RAM and insure a clean start the next time you launch the app.

If that does not work try a restart,

Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends you restart the iPad at least once a month.

and then a reset if that does not work.

Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.
