Interactive PDF Form app

Is there any PDF app for the iPad that allows you to receive an interactive form, fill out from the iPad, and send back without locking the entire form? The company I work for need to add additional information after retrieving the finished form.

PDF Expert lets you fill out an active PDF form. I'm not sure if you can send it back without flattening the file.

Another possibility is PDFpen. I haven't used it, but it has similar features.
