ICloud not pushing to other device

I have an iPod touch and iPad 2. Reminders and Calendars are being pushed to either device but neither contacts or notes seem to be communicating. Email on my iPad have gone berserk - I seem to have three different lots of the same email.

Have a look in iCloud in Settings and see how you have this set up.
