I keep getting notifications from threads i unsubscribed from

I don't know why. But I post in a thread, and I automatically am subscribed (this is normal) but I go and unsubscribe to them. Every now and then my iPad is coming up with notifications of 2 of the threads I'm unsubscribed from. This only started yesterday, I don't know why. I've logged on and off, closed the app completely and reopened it. None of the threads are listed under my subscribed threads, so why am I getting notifications?!

I've been getting tons of notifications. Multiples of threads I am subscribed to, ones I'm not, it's insane.
