Cant delet apps with info in them so im stuck

And i cant backup or sync
My pc and the backup are not good
And i cant fix it the tech will delet all my stuff as before
I cant stand it
It wanted to format my backup the virus !
And my moms portble computer crashes and stuck
It wanted to erase my shufleipod i have no ipod regular
And im afraid that it will want ti erase my ipad too !
The ipad is from usa

So i have no warenty or insurence
I will go to the store but thet are very hostile !
