Hypercam app for iPad?

Is there a app that let's you use hypercam(example) to capture the screen of your iPad as a video

If the ipad is jailbroken you could install the TVOut2 app allowing everything on the iPad screen to be displayed on an external device. You then could get a vga or rca connector from the apple store. Connect it to something and record it or if you have a PC card that allows that type of input you can record it on the PC like any video input.
