How to transfer to PC

I saved a lot of graphics for a website I'm building. Since I can't find an FTP client, I thought I'd email them to my PC. Seems you can only do one at a time and the zip file is too large. Flash drive appears to be a no-go.

So, what would you suggest? If I buy an iPad-to-PC USB cable (is there such a gizmo?) can I transfer that way?

Dropbox app...1st 2gb is free...if you want to hold any more you have to pay. But you can transfer in chunks if needed.
