How to transfer files from PC to iPad

Hi,
greetings,
could any one help in guiding how to transfer the files from pc laptop to ipad through bluetooth. Bluetooth is enable on both but could not transfer files/photos....

This will not work through Bluetooth as its primarily used for connecting headsets and keyboards. This can be done a number of ways but is best through ITunes. Have a look here for your photo needs

What types of files do you have? You will need a corresponding app on your pad to receive them....have a look here
