How to Right Click on Attachments in Outlook?

I access my office e-mail in Outlook with my iPad. When I get an attachment I cannot touch it and have it open. When I am at home on my laptop I must right click and "Open in New Window". I was at Best Buy last night and the tech guy didn't know how to get an attachment open in Outlook.

Any ideas?

are you talking about in the Mail app? or through Outlook WebMail?

Not throgh the Mail App. I access Outlook at my office through Safari.

in safari the equivalent of right click is tap and hold.
