How to get the default Music app to see mp3s from another app

I have this app called USB Disk that lets me transfer files to my ipad w/o syncing. I transferred a bunch of songs to the ipad but they dont show up when I open then music player app that comes with the ipad. They only show up in the USB disk app. I hate the music player that comes with the USB Disk app.

Unfortunately, the only way that the stock MP3 player is going to see those songs on a stock iPad is to sync it with iTunes. iTunes will have to do all the work.

It is not a stock ipad. I have 5.1.1 jailbreak.
