How to delete a new home screen?

I was exploring with my new iPad and was able to create a new home screen. For some reason the screen shows a keyboard on a search bar.

What did I do to create such a screen?
How can I make it so the search bar and keyboard don't show?
How can I delete the screen?

U didnt create this "homescreen" its there by default and makes it possible for u to search apps, docs, music etc on your ipad.

The only way that i know to "remove or hide" this feature is by editing some files deep within then ipad that idont recomend if u dont know exactly what u are doing through ssh winscp or duckie program.
