How to backup all device? iPad 2 with 4.3.3 version, jail broken

Hi everyone,

I have an iPad 2 with 4.3.3 version, jail broken.
I installed lots of apps from iTunes, [Moderator edit: Removed reference to an app that facilitates the illegal download of apps ... AKA piracy. This is not only against forum rules - it's illegal! Don't be a pirate!] and cydia. How can I backup my iPad with all apps and documents(including documents in apps)?

I searched it but I couldn't find.
