HHI iPad PadShell

Just ordered this. Could not find anything for a decent price local. All the Official iPad cases are sold out around here and all the 3rd party stuff is marked up pretty high ($49 and up). Anyone have one they care to comment on? I like the appearance of it, as it's crystal clear, and you see the Apple Logo on the back. Bonus is that it comes with a protector if you choose to use one. ~$22 shipped.

There is potential for something like that, but it would be nice to find someone who has used one on an iPad.
