help with proxy settings for wifi

The local library has free wifi, but they use a proxy server and it requires small changes to the computer/iPad.
The instructions say, " change proxy settings in browser to: proxy2.server.org:80 "
How do I do that on my iPad2?

On the iPad it's done in the 'Settings', 'WiFi' menu.

When you see the library network listed there, press the blue arrow at the far right hand side of the entry and a new screen opens up where you can set the proxy settings.
