I have forgotten the passcode for my iPad and now, I cannot use it. Is there any way to reset my password?

No, the passcode system cannot be bypassed on the device. You will need to restore your iPad using iTunes and when completed, restore the latest backup (you should be able to perform a backup by syncing now in iTunes). This will get your iPad working again without a passcode configured.
