Hello everybody,
I'm a guy from Holland and perhaps a future iPad owner.

I have a 80gb iPod Classic and a 16gb iPod nano 6tu gen. So I've got some experience with Apple products. Took some time to get used to (the restrictions of) iTunes, but now I'm ok with it.
Apart from that I'm a PC user.

3 years ago I bought a Acer netbook at the start of a new education. The intetion was to get a new, faster one when I started my next education.
To bad there has been little inprovement in netbook performance, so now I've got some money to burn and the iPad comes to mind.
It appears to be the perfect tool for school: reference, text editing, internet and of course amazing battery life.

So, that's my story. Here I hope to get some final answers to decide if I should buy an iPad.

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.
