I can verify its over 3000...because I am now at 3100. I believe there's a few more folks out there that can also verify this.

Thanks, Betsmorgan! I think that attachment was confusing because the author talks about one maximum being 3000 and states another maximum of 10000 :X. Does the increase interval stay at 50 after you reach 3000? Does the number of each item needed continue to increase by 1?

Yes it does still increase by 50 each time you upgrade,with each item increasing by 1 unit
