My barn is at 525 and wifey is at 1000. It's all about how u want ur farm.
And I have 4 que on ALL machines. I think it helps on the items that take a few hours because it allows me to produce things during sleeping/working hours.

My sugar machine has 6 slots,my dairy has 6, but my bakery only has 3,and my barn is at 800. I have 6 on those because it just seems like there's never enough sugar to go around same goes for the dairy goods.

How large the barn need to be in order to keep all the stuff for the boat? Is it wort to open more than 4 queues on each machine ? Does it speed it up all?

My barn is at 1050, which actually made the boat a LOT easier since I saved up over ten of every item before beginning The Captain achievement... No guarantees though, help was still needed when two boats in a row asked for LoAdS of brown sugar! Like was already said, it doesn't speed it up, but allows you to have production queues going through the night!

And yet it is still always full!! Hardly worth trying to level up though when I've gotta have 40 of each material!! Time to focus on getting my silo to 100 now

Just got mine to a 1000, now we are working on my hubby's we only have to do his 2 more times. That is our goal, then I can help everyone else get theirs up

I know thanks. I'm on my first boat now and it's nearly full. Apples, popcorn and butter popcorn. Loads of my neighbours are selling cacao so I'll get that ok if a boat needs it but raspberry jam will be a problem. I've got a stock pile of apple stuff so I really did not want to level up just yet lol. We'll see what boat 2 is after tho x
