Grand theft auto 3 shooting controls

In grand theft auto 3, it's automatically set to auto aim. It's very annoying because I cannot chose who to shoot at. Is there a way around this? I looked at the options menu and could not find a way to change it.

I think in the playstation version, you can actually aim at people. Is there a way to do this in the iPad version?

ofc you can change the firing option in setting..

On ios version there is only auto-aim. There is no option to change it in settings. You can aim with sniper rifle, but it doesn't work well. Too slow.
