Google search app terminates unexpectantly!

Downloaded Google search app from the App Store. Worked good for several days, but now when I type in a search topic, the app quits before the blue loading line finishes moving across the screen. If I select applications, it terminates when I chose maps, docs, reader, or etc. It doesn't seem to be a problem with safari. I have removed google app and reloaded it again, but the problem persists. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

No problems here with the app on iPad 2.

Same problem with Google ap, worked ok initially but now when searching bombs without search result
