Go from JB 4.2.1 to JB 3.2.2 or 3.2.1?

Hello all, I was wondering if someone could do a quick write up or point me in the direction to get from 4.2.1 back to 3.2.2 (what i had from the factory) or 3.2.1 for untethered JB? I dont really like the lag I'm experiencing 4.2.1 stock or JB, so any help would be great

3.2.1 is just not possible!

3.2.2: did you save your .shsh blobs in cydia (make my life easier, thanks) or through tiny umbrella ?

No, I never got prompted by cydia and never used tinyumbrella... Guess I'm just screwed then? Lol

Ok, so I NEVER saved my 3.2.2 shsh, but i:

installed iSHSHit,

clicked 3.2.2, clicked save,

used tiny umbrella to turn on the server,

restored through itunes to 3.2.2,

and jailbroke with redsn0w b4.

Weird, eh?

And btw, didnt jailbreak the first time till 4.2.1, never did on 3.2.2
