Getting files off pages from backup.

So, i wrote a document on my ipad, on pages, and then i sold my ipad. I forgot to get the document off of it first. However, my whole ipad is backed up on my computer. Is there anyway to get the document back?

There might be free versions of similar software. You'll have to do your own research.
