Farmville App question please!

I have a question for a friend. She wonders why there is a farmville app if you cant use it.

I don't know why she can't use it....I have sent five people to join here, and they still post at my un iPad sites!

i have installed and uninstalled this app many times. right after you installed it, it works .but after that if you try to open it again. it wont work anymore. so you end uninstalling it again. the cycle continues. it's annoying and so i gave up! even the updates doesnt work!
