Facebook login ipad

I checked the titles but they do not match with my question so I decided to create mine.

I cleaned all the cookies on Safari but still i cannot access to Facebook with or without an application.

There is nothing wrong with my password I can login from my computer.

When i request a new password from Facebook and then login from ipad it works perfect but the same password does not work with computer. Then I request a new password from the computer and it does not work from ipad. I registered both my devices to facebook but it does not make any change.

I even tried not changing my password and entering the same password as new password and tried to login from computer it said it is the old password and does not make me login, which works perfect on ipad.

The question is: why i cannot login to Facebook both on my ipad and computer at the same time with the same password?

When you are changing the password via the iPad, it asks you for your old password for confirmation, yes?

That would eliminate any issues with entering the passwords wrong, or some issue with mismatching keyboards (very unlikely).

To me that leaves it as (probably) a FaceBook issue. All I can suggest is that you contact their tech support and see what they say; because I'm stumped.

Thank you for your quick response. I can change my passwords with having no problem either on the computer or on Ipad. The idea is when i change it on Ipad i cannot login to Facebook on my computer and if i change it from my computer i cannot login to Facebook on Ipad. Both devices are registered to Facebook and i don't know why i cannot login Facebook on both devices at the same time. Do you have any idea on this? I tried to contact Facebook as well but no one replied.

I've never run into this, or heard of it before. It might be a part of FaceBooks privacy/authentication settings, but I don't have the slightest idea of what settings might cause this kind of problem.

All I can suggest is to dig through the settings from the computer and see if you can find anything under mobile authentication that might be an issue.
