when is send an email youtube url link from my IPAD, the receiver can not access the video. If I do the exact same process on a PC, the Youtube video runs correctly. It seems the URL link is different when copied and pasted on the IPAD. I like the convenience of sending from the IPAD, is there a solution?

What are you using to access YouTube, the YouTube app or Safari?
If using the YouTube app, tap the arrow-comming-out-of-a-box icon (sometimes called the share icon) and choose email to send the link.
In Safari (assuming it has redirected you to the mobile site) tap on the Share button below the video and choose email to send the link.
If that's what you've been doing, and it does not work, I don't know what is going on. I've tested both methods and had no problems.
