Email Problems

I started having email problems on the IPad today. In the mail app, it shows my inbox, syncs my mail folders, and shows new messages, but when I select an email to read, it is blank. The sender and subject are there, but the email itself is empty in the display window. If I hit reply, then I can see what the email said.

I'm having this issue for both my work (exchange) and gmail. Anybody else had this problem or know of solution? I recently added a bluetooth keyboard, but I don't know why that would have any effect.

If you have not done so, try these common solutions to app misbehavior.

When you have problems with an app it's a good idea to clear it from RAM.

Close/Clear the app: With the problem app closed, double tap on the Home button to get the multitask bar. Tap and hold on any icon in the bar until they jiggle, then tap the minus sign on the problem app. This will remove it from RAM and insure a clean start the next time you launch the app.

If that does not work try a restart,
Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears.

and then a reset if that does not work.

Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.

Thanks! Clearing it from the ram immediately fixed it. I forgot about that feature. I'm a fairly new Ipad owner, so I'm sure I will have plenty more questions. Thanks again for your help.
