Educational Apps for 3 year old needed

I have several folders of apps for my 3 year old nephew but am in search of some new ones. He seems to be enjoying the more educational ones now, such as puzzles, matching, etc. I'm looking for some like that or any that will help him with his numbers and letters. Free or under $2 preferred. So, what do your little ones like best?
