edit app category and other info within itunes

Hi. Newbie here. I have had no problem changing categories etc for the ibooks that I download into itunes. But I have not been able to edit ANY info about the apps I've downloaded. Sometimes I don't like the category they've chosen. Is there a way for a non-techie to do this? Not into jailbreaking or hacking. Thanks very much

Not that I know of. The categories are set by the developer when they are sent to the store. iTunes only stores them for backup purposes, and you an not edit their information.

Why would you want to edit their category? It doesn't make any difference to how they organize on the iPad.
