E-Mail Can't Read

I've got mobile me and a Mac.com eMail accounts. My problem is that on one of our iPads we cannot get the body of the message. We have the list of all items and when we touch it to opn the item we see the "to", "from" & "subject". Just cannot see the message itself. Under Preview the setting is 3 lines.

Any ideas are appreciated.
