Doesn't Apple Save All Purchased Apps?

I upgrade my daughters iPad and I don't see even one paid application when I go to iTunes App Store. There were dozens of app, both paid and free. I suspect she never did a backup but still I thought Apple kept a record of all purchased applications.

Anybody have any suggestions on this?

You should be able to re download them if your using the same account and email as on the previous device. Instead of a price or free it should just say install.

I wonder if the little dickens changed her account info. I have the current info and there are just a few apps of which none that her son would be interested in.

Guess I gotta bite the bullet and ask her. I had hoped to have this all done and just give it back.
