customize app folder icon?

I have created several folders for my apps, and I'm wondering if there is a way to change the image of the folder icon. I'd like to select a photo or a representative app image for the category, rather than seeing just a black square with teeny copies of the apps contained within. They all look too similar and I have to read the folder title to find what category I'm looking for.

There was an app called Touch Icon Creator for the iPhone but I expect it would work with the iPad ok.
Really don't know much about it though. GL.

I believe you have to be jailbroken to do it. This is the tutorial I found with a quick Google search:

Without Jailbroke there is no way atm
