Will my chargers etc from my ipad 1 work on the new ipad 4? Or will I have to get all new stuff

Will my chargers etc from my ipad 1 work on the new ipad 4? Or will I have to get all new stuff

The iPad 4 uses the new lightning connector, so the charging cord for the iPad 1 won't fit. iPad 1 docks won't work, again because of the difference in the connectors. The charger itself would work, but there's no need to use it as the iPad 4 comes with the new 12 watt charger as well as the new lightning charging/sync cord.
