Connection issues please help....

Since upgrading to 4.3 i have been having problems.... Slower downloads is one thing.... But the most frustrating... I will try to open a page, it will say not connected to the internet, i will choose another bookmark, and that page will open, i then select the original bookmark and it will now open, i can continue on this page (say facebook) for while, but then i'll try to open a link and will get the connection message again... Switch another bookmark... Yes you guessed it, it opens without issue.....

I have laptop connecting to the same router with no problems....

I have done several power cycles and also reset network settings to no avail, anyone got any other solutions?
