Hi,

Since two days ago my Cinexplayer has been updated or so I guess. There is now on the right always some icon of SuperScale (it disappears after a few seconds, is not the problem) and 3 lines text that always appear:

Drag subtitles to change position.
Punch subtitles to change size
Double-tap to set subtitle offset.

I just can't get rid of this text. This is very annoying seeing this text.

Anyone have an idea have to turn this text off?

BTW, what exactly are you using CineXPlayer for? Now that AVPlayerHD is back to AppStore with far superior format / MKV / Retina screen etc. support (and also supporting AC3), I don't see much point in sticking with CineXPlayer.

I don't know the Ipad software that well yet, so I looked up what programs could play movies and I found Cinexplayer.

By the way, these 3 lines that kept appearing are now gone. A day after the original post the text no longer appeared. It disappeared just as mysteriously as it appeared.

Great it stopped.

Nevertheless, there are better players IMHO, if you do play back formats CineXplayer isn't really capable of playing back (e.g., 1080p MKV's), you really want to check out particularly my posts at http://www.ipadforums.net/ipad-apps/17801-best-video-player-apps-ipad.html . I've continuously been reviewing and posting on all iOS media players and my posts are, therefore, pretty instructive.
